DELIVERY & RETURNS

Discreet Delivery
Our aim is to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt and credit card authorisation. If there is any issue regarding your order we will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours. All timescales exclude weekends and bank holidays where orders are normally despatched on the following working day.

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery within the UK mainland and 7-10 working days for the rest of the world. All deliveries are dispatched in a discreet white cardboard box, which has no Heavenly Boutique branding or logos on.

Returns & Exchanges
Heavenly Boutique are pleased to offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied in any way with the products you have ordered, we will exchange them for you.

The goods should be returned unworn, all labels intact and all garments should be in a proper resaleable condition and are required to be returned within 14 days of receipt. Goods can be returned to the address shown below:

Please contact us at customer.services@heavenlyboutique if you wish to return a product so that we can give you an authorisation number for the returned product, please make sure you include your original invoice and note that postage will need to be paid for.

Please remember to obtain proof of postage from your Post Office as we cannot refund you for an item that we do not receive back. We will of course make a refund if a product is faulty and your statutory rights are unaffected.
